Shipping

All of our products are shipped in cardboard based, fully recyclable/home compostable packaging. Our shipping is carbon neutral.

Domestic shipping

Shipping within Australia is free via Australia Post. We hold a small inventory of our most popular items, however most products are made to order and have a standard lead time of three days. During busy periods this lead time may increase, we will be sure to notify you of any delays to your order.

An email will be sent once your order has been posted along with a tracking number to track your parcel online. Expected delivery is between 2-5 business days.

Express postage is available domestically via Australia Post at a flat rate of $10 for all orders, with an expected next business day delivery to any major Australian city. Lead times on products still apply to orders placed with Express Post.

International shipping

International parcels are sent via Australia Post Standard International with a flat rate of $20. We hold a small inventory of our most popular items, however most products are made to order and have a standard lead time of three days. During busy periods this lead time may increase, we will be sure to notify you of any delays to your order.

An email will be sent once your order has been posted along with a tracking number to track your parcel online. Expected delivery is within 10-15 business days.

Express international postage is available at a flat rate of $40. International Express averages 7-12 days to major metro areas. Lead times on products still apply to orders placed with Express Post.

Please note, your country may charge you local taxes, customs and/or duties. These are to be paid by the customer, semi-circle is not responsible for any extra charges you may incur. Please contact your local authority with any questions.

I haven’t received my parcel?

Sometimes things go wrong during shipping that are outside of our control. If you haven’t received your item in the time frames listed above send us a quick email and we’ll check up on it right away.

Returns

All of our products are packaged carefully to avoid damage. It is rare for damage to occur during transit, but in the unlikely event that this happens please contact within 24 hrs of receiving your package via info@semi-circle.co and we will provide you with a replacement or refund at the preference of the customer.

All our products are individually handmade and slight variations will occur from piece to piece. However if you believe there is a fault with the product you receive please contact us within 5 days via info@semi-circle.co with a description. If it is deemed to be a fault we will provide you with a replacement or refund at the preference of the customer. We are currently unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
